Lioliai Chapel - wooden cemetery chapel built in 1853. Together with St. Apostles Simon and Jude Thaddeus Church and bell tower make up the ensemble. The building has been maintained at the beginning of the reconstruction, about 1990. Then renewed floors, roof, equipped with altars, which Rūpintojėlis sculpture created by folk artist Anatolijus Akstinas. He along with Stanislavas Buzys renewed chapel and altar decorations, and the time comes to Lithuania Emigration Bishop Paul Baltakis consecrated. Chapel in recent years has been an emergency condition. On the foundation settling inclined to one side, a leaking roof, rotten ceilings - this building posed a threat to the cemetery visitors. Chapel after 2 years of repairs were opened in 30’th April 2015. The renewed chapel equipped with a viewing room, which is available to Lioliai village and surrounding rural communities. The chapel is possible not only to pray but also to hold community meetings.
